Rammco is unique in our industry, because of our history. We need a sales rep who has experience in Business-to-Business selling, preferably 3+ years of sales success. You should be adept at Prospecting and helping customers through a sales process. You should also be skilled in maintaining relationships and retaining customers. We offer great training, a loyal base of customers to offer referrals and testimonials, the support of management to drive our growth, and an entrepreneurial and family environment that you’ll look forward to being a part of. Our customer-friendly sales model also allows you to be truly different than our competitors.

Does this sound like you? If so, you should bring:

· 3 years’ successful Sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment

· Understanding of Office programs and CRM (We use Salesforce)

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills

· Excellent prospecting ability and new-client sales

· Strong ability to sell in person and via telephone and email

We’ll provide:

· A competitive compensation package including a $58,000 annual salary plus uncapped commission. Anticipated first-year earnings at plan are in excess of $90,000; this job has true six-figure potential.

Job Description –

The Washroom Specialist is a highly motivated and organized individual with critical thinking and decision-making skills, who takes initiative. This person is responsible for the manual process of moving the product between cleaning machines. In addition to working well with others, this person can be left alone to complete their tasks and be trusted by management to complete them efficiently.

Major Duties and Responsibilities –

  • Wash and launder product to be cleaned
  • Achieve hourly targets (PPO) based on management goals
  • Able to work as a team and communicate well with others
  • Capable of working on their own without being dependent on others
  • Able to overcome challenges

Qualifications for the Job –

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical:

  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift 65 pounds

Job Description –

A Route Sales, Service Representative is responsible for working an assigned route delivering and retrieving laundry products. S/he will manage the route, provide excellent customer service, and expand the route with new customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities –

  • Managing a service route, 20-30 stops per day
  • Load and unload a company-provided vehicle
  • Stocking of products at customers’ locations
  • Building relationships
  • Expanding your route customer base
  • Maintaining a route sales average
  • Retaining all customers while growing each organically
  • Managing a route and running it like your own business
  • Comfortable with sales and marketing
  • Handle all financial payments while on your route

Minor Duties and Responsibilities –

  • Familiarize yourself with all Rammco products
  • Familiarize yourself with the Alliant Mobile System (mobile handheld).
  • Familiarize yourself with the company vehicle. Monitor performance, repairs.
  • Familiarize yourself with all Injury and Safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications for the Job –

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • Excellent DMV record
  • Working knowledge of the route service industry
  • Cash handling

Physical:

  • Able to stand/drive for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Comfortable driving/delivery in inclement weather conditions
